UPDATE...Goodbye, Blogger?

Hey Everybody,

I was preparing for my return to blogging when I learned that Blogger has made the decision to shut down porn blogs. Apparently they're only going after those who only "monetize," but their language is so vague that it's never elaborated on what they define as monetizing blogs so they can shut down any blog they want.

Those of you who have followed me for a while, know that I have had a very frustrating relationship with Blogger for a while now. I see this as the push I needed to explore other options.

So, my return will be delayed slightly while I explore/learn other blogging options.

In the meantime, enjoy a free comic strip I did with Class Comics!

JezzLoads Q&A with LUCKY SANFORD

Valentine's day is approaching and this month's featured Creative is single. So, you'll excuse his Grindr-esque profile card. :P 
Seriously though, I learned of Lucky Sanford when we were both featured in Class Comic's Halloween special, Meaty #3. His work reveals a style that includes all of my favorite elements - cartoony, sexy, and colorful.

Happy August, Everybody!

It's a big Birthday Month, so grab your calendar and a pen.

One of my new favorite artist, Nickie Charles, kicks off the birthday bashes on the 4th

Bent-Con and Rated-Z creator, Sean-Z, keeps the party goin on the 7th

Festish artist, Drub, turns 39 on the 14th

French artist, Vee Bee, turns 28 on the 21st

Class Comics' newly wed, creator, Patrick Fillion, turns 39 on the 26th

Graphic designer and It's The Michaels creator, Chris Decarlo, celebrates another year on the 28th while writer,producer, and Door-Q's, Jody Wheeler, wraps up the month along with blogger, Jubell, on the 29th.
Happy Birthday, all of you extraordinary creatives!

 This month is going to be an insanely busy month of travel for me. This weekend, I'll be in Los Angeles for the Hard Heroes party doing some promoting. Then I head to Tokyo for Comiket followed by a couple of weeks in NYC!!!

Because Blogger's post scheduler seems reliably unreliable, I am not planning on making any post this month. I will resume with my monthly Calendar Stud and Q&A in September.

Logan

He's the creator of comic titles, The Pornomicon, Porky, and the artist for Demios.
Logan is known for his beefy and bearish guys with over-sized, meaty cocks. So you can understand why I love his work.
Logan's work radiates testosterone with an S&M-ish feel to it and expresses a pride in homosexual sex in such a bold way, it often reminds me of the way Tom of Finland's work affected the industry of erotic arts.
Logan describes himself as a 'total sex maniac.' You don't have to take his word for it, but after interviewing him, I'd vouch for it. ;)

YUP! Patrick Fillion, folks!!!
He's done it all from a singing career and founding Class Comics to fucking backwards.
I LOOOOOOOOOVE this man!
It's easy to admire Patrick for his talent and ambition. In my opinion, Patrick's the hottest thing to happen to comics since Tom of Finland. He's also very easy on the eyes. But what I appreciate most about Patrick, is his HUGE pe ... rsonality! I've learned Patrick to be very down to earth and friendly. I admire how freely and genuinely he encourages other artist while balancing the strenuous job of writing, illustrating, and running a business.
When I share Q&A's with you guys, I normally narrow it down to about 21 questions but I was so entertained and excited to share Patrick's responses with you, I decided to present his responses unedited. I'm sure you guys will enjoy getting to know him a lil' more just as much as I did.
